At biz-ssm portal, we strive to provide high-quality services related to Companies Commission Of Malaysia (SSM) renewals. We understand that circumstances may arise where you may request a refund. Refunds may be eligible under the following conditions: -You have been overcharged due to a technical error or billing mistake. -You request a refund within 30 minute from the time of payment. -You request a refund for overpayment (eg: branch/late renewal)
We will promptly reach out to the customer using the contact details provided during the transaction (email/Whatsapp)
The customer must provide the required account details within 6 months from our initial contact attempt.
If the customer does not respond or fails to provide the necessary account details within the specified 6-month timeframe, the refund request will be considered closed.
After the 6-month deadline passes without the required account information provided, the refund amount will no longer be available for reimbursement.
For refunds to business other than Enterprise example SDN. BHD./ PLT and similar entities., a processing fee of RM3 will be deducted from the refund amount. This fee covers administrative costs associated with processing the refund request.
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that accurate and complete account information is provided promptly to facilitate timely refunds.
Some services offered by biz-ssm portal may be non-refundable. Any renewal that are successfully made are non-refundable. Urgent Fee RM20 are non-refundable. Any losses resulting from your mistake in submitting incorrect information are not eligible for a refunds.
